What you will do

• Serve as the subject matter expert on business markets solutions and offerings.
• Communicate complex insurance and investment solutions to financial advisors.
• Create and enhance educational resources to equip advisors with up-to-date knowledge.
• Present business solutions via phone, Zoom, and in-person meetings, workshops, and conferences.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders in product, marketing, and financial planning to refine offerings.
• Monitor KPIs and drive process efficiencies to improve team workflows.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• FINRA Series 7 (must be held at application or obtained within 12 months).
• 5+ years of experience in the financial services industry.
• 3+ years of experience specifically supporting business owner markets.
• Ability to travel up to 20% of the time.
• Must be based in or able to work in Springfield, Massachusetts.

Nice to have

• Experience as an internal and external wholesaler.
• Deep knowledge of complex case designs for HNW clients.
• Proficiency in life insurance, disability income insurance, and annuities.
• Experience training advisors on complex legal or tax issues.
