Senior Product Designer (Commerce)

TL;DR

Senior Product Designer (Commerce): Own and evolve Payment UX across all hirify.global products including Rider, Driver, and Courier apps and web portals, turning complex payment logics into simple, intuitive experiences with an accent on payments, billing, checkout, fraud, and financial services. Focus on prototyping and testing concepts quickly, ensuring consistency across surfaces, and collaborating with Payments, Fraud, Billing, and Financial Services teams.

Location: Hybrid model, including at least 12 monthly in-office days.

What you will do

• Own and evolve the Payment UX across all products.
• Turn complex payment logics into simple, intuitive user experiences.
• Collaborate closely with Payments, Fraud, Billing, and Financial Services teams to align business goals with user needs.
• Work with engineers and product managers to ensure feasibility and high-quality execution.
• Prototype and test concepts quickly to validate ideas and reduce ambiguity.
• Ensure consistency across surfaces, including onboarding, payments, checkout, and post-order states.

Requirements

• Extensive experience as a Senior Product Designer with a portfolio showcasing exceptional UI craftsmanship and bold design direction.
• Cross-functional, customer-first thinker who drives discussions and influences stakeholders.
• Ability to prioritize fast iterations or define broader visions.
• Fluently communicate in English and articulate design decisions through storytelling backed by user insights.
• Highly proficient in Figma for UI, prototyping, system design, and collaborative discovery; leverage AI-assisted tools.
• Passionate about mentoring and guiding other designers.
