What you will do

• Launch, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads (Search, PMax), Meta/Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Reddit, AppLovin, and Apple Search Ads
• Conduct keyword research, manage bids, adjust budgets, and monitor daily performance metrics like spend, CAC, and efficiency
• Design and run A/B tests and experiments on copy, creative, geo-targeting, audiences, and incrementality
• Support affiliate program operations including partner communications, performance tracking, and fraud prevention
• Source and manage micro-influencers to boost awareness and user acquisition

Requirements

• 1-2 years hands-on experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or paid acquisition (internships and agency count)
• Proficiency in Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager
• Comfortable with keyword reports, bid adjustments, and daily budget management
• Analytical mindset to spot errors in ad copy, budgets, or spend anomalies
• Self-starter able to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment

Nice to have

• Experience with affiliate programs (Rewardful), AppsFlyer, Google Analytics 4, app install campaigns, or Apple Search Ads
• Background in AI, video, or creative tools
