• Develop and maintain long-term, dedicated client relationships.

• Monitor tasks for quality assurance to meet high client servicing standards.

Requirements

• 10-15 years of relevant professional experience.
• University degree.
• Fluent communication in both English and Chinese (strongly preferred for client interaction).
• Professional qualifications: CACS Papers I and II (preferably completed).
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and client interfacing skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and strong business acumen.
