What you will do
- Set meetings via outbound prospecting through automated and manual campaigns to hit daily and monthly pipeline targets.
- Partner with Account Executives on territory planning, account prioritization, and feedback to maximize pipeline quality.
- Build and optimize multi-channel outbound campaigns using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and Clay.
- Own end-to-end outbound process from account research to booking qualified meetings.
- Refine messaging, scripts, and outreach strategies with leadership to improve conversion rates.
- Support regional GTM and marketing activities; communicate value propositions to technical buyers.
Requirements
- 1+ years in outbound SDR or similar role.
- Proven experience selling SaaS B2B or Cloud products/services.
- History of achieving results in outbound lead generation.
- Experience managing multiple priorities and tools in fast-paced environment.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated with grit to overcome challenges.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills; high autonomy and organization.
