SAP Finance Functional Lead

Location: Málaga, Spain, with the option to work from the Málaga office, hybrid, or fully remotely. The partner's headquarters are in Düsseldorf, Germany.

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end functional leadership and solution design for SAP S/4HANA Finance.
• Define Finance design principles, standards, and governance guardrails.
• Lead Finance activities across all SAP Activate phases, including fit-to-standard workshops and deliverable reviews.
• Advise Finance leadership and lead integration with Master Data, Sourcing & Procurement, Supply Chain Management, and Sales.
• Own the Finance testing strategy and go-live readiness, supporting cutover and hypercare.
• Manage the long-term SAP Finance roadmap and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• 8+ years of SAP Finance experience.
• End-to-end Finance ownership in SAP S/4HANA implementations.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English required.
