SAP FICO Consultant – Revenue Accounting

What you will do

• Design, configure, test, and support SAP FICO solutions focused on Revenue Accounting, billing, invoicing, and revenue recognition.
• Gather requirements from finance and business users and translate them into functional specifications and SAP solutions.
• Configure master data and develop test scripts for revenue accounting functionality.
• Collaborate with SD, MM, and Project Systems teams to support integrated end-to-end processes.
• Provide expert troubleshooting and post-go-live support for SAP FICO implementations and enhancements.
• Prepare user training, documentation, and support materials.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of hands-on experience as an SAP FICO Consultant with a strong focus on Revenue Accounting.
• Expertise in SAP FICO configuration, including GL, AR, AP, AA, and RAR.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and revenue recognition standards, including IFRS 15 and ASC 606.
• Experience with SAP SD-FI integration, order-to-cash processes, billing, and invoicing.
• Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

Nice to have

• SAP certification in FICO or relevant modules.
