PeopleSoft Specialist / Consultant (PeopleSoft HCM): Supporting and further developing a customized PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 environment for a public sector organization with an accent on application development, platform maintenance, and change management. Focus on maintaining PeopleTools 8.62, supporting migrations and decommissioning, and integrating SQL Server, Oracle WebLogic, BI Publisher, and Microsoft Azure components.
Location: Fully remote within Poland, Portugal, Spain, the Czech Republic, Montenegro, Cyprus, or Romania

What you will do
- Support development, enhancement, and change management for a customized PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 environment.
- Provide application management, technical support, and corrective maintenance.
- Perform platform updates and maintain the stability of PeopleTools 8.62 and related components.
- Support migration and decommissioning activities across the existing environment.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to improve HR-related business processes and system functionality.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with PeopleSoft HCM 9.2.
- Strong knowledge of PeopleTools 8.62.
- Experience with SQL Server administration and development.
- Understanding of Oracle WebLogic and BI Publisher.
- Experience supporting enterprise application maintenance, upgrades, and change management.
- Ability to work fully remotely from Poland, Portugal, Spain, the Czech Republic, Montenegro, Cyprus, or Romania; upper-intermediate English required.
