Senior Salesforce Developer (Fintech)

hirify.global operates a fintech platform supported by sales, account management, partnerships, and sales operations teams.

What you will do

• Own the Salesforce platform end to end for more than 100 users across seven key teams and multiple markets.
• Build and maintain Apex triggers, classes, asynchronous processing, tests, and Salesforce Flow automation.
• Design and manage integrations, APIs, middleware, and the connected sales technology stack.
• Own ETL and reverse-ETL pipelines moving data between Salesforce, the warehouse, and other systems.
• Set technical standards for architecture, declarative versus coded solutions, security, privacy, and technical debt.
• Enable sales work in Salesforce through improved data visibility, workflows, AI, and automation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Salesforce Sales Cloud development experience supporting commercial teams.
• Strong Apex development skills, including triggers, classes, asynchronous processing, governor limits, and testing.
• Strong Salesforce Flow experience and sound judgment about when to use Flow or code.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce permissions, sharing models, and data architecture.
• Hands-on experience building and owning ETL and reverse-ETL processes.
• Fluent English required; English is the common language across a team representing many European countries.

Nice to have

• Experience using AI, preferably Agentforce or Claude, with a project demonstrating measurable stakeholder value.
• Salesforce Service Cloud experience.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I or II certification.
• Experience with Outreach, Clay, Hightouch, Databricks, BigQuery, or Snowflake.
• Experience in fintech, banking, or other highly regulated environments.
