Customer Success Manager (ERP)

Location: Remote (Global). Must be able to support customers across North American time zones (EST-PST)

Salary: $69,000 (OTE)

What you will do

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders to align operational challenges with product value.
• Analyze system usage and pain points to define technical, user, and business success goals.
• Develop customer-centric success plans and lead regular Business Reviews.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and services teams to provide customer-centric feedback.
• Offer strategic advice based on product knowledge and the future roadmap.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree.
• 2+ years in Customer Success, Implementation, or a customer-facing SaaS role.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems, specifically focusing on finance and payroll processes.
• Experience with Microsoft Business Central/Navision, NetSuite, SAP, or Sage.
• Confidence in leading remote presentations, trainings, and business reviews.
• Ability to support customers across North American time zones (EST-PST).
