Location: Hybrid (offices across Europe, HQ in Vilnius). Native or near-native French language is required. Ability to travel is necessary.

Salary: €54,400 - €73,600 gross per year

What you will do

• Drive and manage hirify.global's reputation in key Western European markets (France, Spain, Italy, Portugal, Belgium).
• Nurture key media relationships and act as an in-market spokesperson for relevant communications.
• Develop locally-relevant campaigns and content to maximize press coverage and engagement.
• Manage external agencies and freelancers in priority markets.
• Monitor press sentiment and collaborate with the press office to mitigate reputational risks.
• Partner cross-functionally with product, public affairs, marketing, and customer service teams.

Requirements

• Native or near-native French language proficiency.
• Fluency in English.
• Proven experience in media relations, ideally within leading tech or retail brands.
• Experience in a multi-market role, understanding diverse consumer trends and communication styles.
• Strong writing skills with the ability to craft compelling narratives for the press.
• Experience in crisis communications and stakeholder management.

• Proficiency in other EU languages.
