What you will do

• Lead and execute an integrated communication and public affairs strategy for hirify.global France aligned with global objectives.
• Manage local media relations and create content across earned, owned, and paid media platforms.
• Engage with French politicians, government officials, and key stakeholders to strengthen company positioning.
• Monitor the Franco-Swedish defence partnership and coordinate interactions with national institutions.
• Collaborate with Group Brand & Marketing to ensure local activities align with the global brand and messaging.
• Prepare executive briefings and represent hirify.global France at high-profile events.

Requirements

• University degree and professional experience in international B2B or B2G environments.
• Strong background in strategic and operational external and internal communications.
• Solid understanding of the French political system at national and regional levels.
• Excellent communication skills in both French and English (Swedish is an asset).
• Must be approved in a security vetting in accordance with ISO:27001+.
• Ability to work from Paris and travel as required.
