What you will do
- Conduct deep-dive research on potential speakers, their announcements, and pain points to craft pitches.
- Draft compelling outreach correspondence and maintain momentum in long-lead communications.
- Manage speaker data, track statuses, and coordinate scheduling with high-profile offices.
- Create detailed Speaker Dossiers for team preparation before VIP meetings.
- Provide on-site support at events, shadowing seniors and acting as secondary contact for speakers.
Requirements
- Ultimate researcher able to find contacts for high-profile individuals quickly.
- Radically organized with strong attention to detail for CRM updates and administrative tasks.
- Eager, scrappy, proactive mindset with hustle and ability to fill gaps independently.
- Unflappable in fast-paced environment, handling shifting priorities and feedback well.
- Exceptional writing skills to sound professional, persuasive, and succinct.
- Tech savvy with expertise in LinkedIn, CRM tools, and web research.
Nice to have
- Experience in fast-paced environments like PR, talent agency, journalism, events, TV, radio, or high-end hospitality.
- High social IQ and curiosity to learn quickly under pressure.
