What you will do

• Conduct deep-dive research on potential speakers, their announcements, and pain points to craft pitches.
• Draft compelling outreach correspondence and maintain momentum in long-lead communications.
• Manage speaker data, track statuses, and coordinate scheduling with high-profile offices.
• Create detailed Speaker Dossiers for team preparation before VIP meetings.
• Provide on-site support at events, shadowing seniors and acting as secondary contact for speakers.
