What you will do

• Develop and manage executive storytelling for C-suite and key partners across international markets.
• Write and produce keynotes, scripts, speeches, and talking points for industry events and media appearances.
• Prepare executives for panel discussions and interviews through briefing documents and Q&A preparation.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Corporate Communications to align leadership narratives with brand positioning.
• Partner with regional teams to adapt global storytelling for local audiences.
• Manage multiple briefs and deadlines simultaneously while maintaining high quality.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience in communications, PR, or content strategy in a B2B or tech environment.
• Proven experience writing long-form content, scripts, or speeches for senior stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal English with the ability to adapt tone and style.
• Experience managing feedback and building trusted relationships with C-level leadership.
• Strong organizational skills to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Location: Must be based in Barcelona, Spain

Nice to have

• Experience in SaaS or HR tech industries.
• Familiarity with event production or sponsorship management.
• Additional European language skills.
