What you will do

• Curate creative assets, select venues, and make aesthetic decisions defining the company's look and feel.
• Produce content including shooting behind-the-scenes footage, assisting video production, and podcast recording.
• Manage CEO's social media: draft posts, coordinate publishing, maintain on-brand presence.
• Coordinate media and community: schedule interviews, handle crew logistics, route inquiries.
• Protect CEO's time: manage calendar, inbox, priorities, and absorb admin tasks.
• Run operations: special projects, international travel, offsites, swag, and logistics.

Requirements

• Based in Paris, France for hybrid role with regular in-person work.
• Fluent in French and English — French for local logistics, English as company language.
• Impeccable taste and eye for design, style, aesthetics.
• Comfortable with camera and basic content production.
• Experience managing social media presence.
• Supported demanding creative executive before.
• Can write in CEO's voice for DMs and messages.
• Discreet, organized, self-directed, handles unglamorous tasks.
