What you will do

• Evaluate submitted jewellery lots by reviewing details and providing realistic value estimates.
• Curate attractive jewellery auctions that balance quality, market demand, and commercial potential.
• Maintain high standards of transparency and fairness in communication with sellers.
• Partner with Sales to recruit new sellers and diversify the selection of lots.
• Collaborate with Marketing to increase bidder attention and engagement.
• Act as a trusted mediator to resolve disputes using expert judgement.

Requirements

• Expert knowledge of pre-owned and branded jewellery.
• Gemmology Diploma from a school recognised by FEEG and GIA.
• At least 5 years of experience in the jewellery trade, including manufacturing and quality control.
• Proven experience in appraising and assessing pre-owned and brand jewellery.
• Fluent English and Japanese language skills.
• Strong understanding of market prices and commercial curation for online auctions.
