Location: Hybrid working model, 3 days per week at Brighton HQ and 2 days flexible.

What you will do

• Influence seasonal product range development across key categories, building balanced assortments and identifying new opportunities.
• Translate subcultural trends, music, art, and digital movements into commercially viable products through trend analysis and collaboration with design.
• Own category performance by analyzing trading reports, managing sales, margin, stock levels, and driving sell-through strategies.
• Source and manage global suppliers, oversee critical path, and handle product lifecycle from concept to delivery.
• Collaborate with Design, Production, Merchandising, Marketing, E-commerce, and Wholesale teams for aligned launches and strategies.
• Contribute to seasonal buying strategies, range planning, and long-term growth aligned with brand positioning.

Requirements

• Experience in a Buying role, preferably within fashion, streetwear, or alternative brands.
• Proven experience managing categories or product areas independently with strong commercial track record.
• Experience working with international suppliers and managing production timelines.
• Genuine understanding of alternative fashion, subcultures, and hirify.global's customer.
• Strong commercial and analytical mindset, trend forecasting, product development, range building, negotiation, and supplier management.
• Senior-level creative professional who is strategic, hands-on, organized, and thrives in fast-paced collaborative environments.
