What you will do

• Review online content, websites, marketplaces, and audio to identify potential IP infringements
• Investigate complex cases using internal tools and available information
• Identify patterns and recurring issues to improve infringement detection
• Monitor platforms and flag risks or unusual activity
• Handle escalated cases, make decisions per guidelines, and ensure consistency
• Prepare summaries of findings and collaborate with team to enhance processes

Requirements

• Good level of English (written and verbal)
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to follow guidelines and make consistent decisions
• Analytical thinking to identify patterns and trends
• Problem-solving skills for complex cases
• Comfortable with structured tasks in fast-paced environment
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel

Nice to have

• Experience with online platforms, e-commerce, or digital content
