Event Producer Internship (Live Entertainment): Develop, launch, and manage original events and experiences from conception to delivery with an accent on strategic planning, partner coordination, and scaling across markets. Location: Mexico City office Monday to Thursday, remote Fridays

What you will do

• Develop, launch, and manage events from A to Z, owning strategic planning, execution, and reporting.
• Analyze business opportunities, propose process improvements, and drive customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with internal teams, partners, providers, and venues to scale experiences across Mexico and the Caribbean.
• Work with Global Producers to ensure top-quality events and grow revenue.
• Represent the hirify.global brand at events and make data-informed decisions including P&L analysis.

Requirements

• Fluent Spanish and English with excellent communication skills
• Some experience in Event Management or related studies
• Strong analytical, relationship management, and organizational skills
• Solution-focused with ability to handle multiple work-streams
• Collaborative, hands-on mindset, curious, and great networking skills
