What you will do

• Coordinate vendor due diligence including questionnaires, evidence collection, subcontractors/locations, and COI declarations.
• Document findings for approvals and support vendor exit/offboarding processes.
• Run ongoing screening and administer Third-Party Inventory and TPO Risk Register (workflow, evidence trail, data quality checks).

Requirements

• Fluent English
• Experience running vendor DD/TPRM workflows including evidence collection and writing DD/RA summaries.
• Ability to work with registers/inventory data with accuracy and audit trail discipline.
• Comfort coordinating across Legal, InfoSec, Risk, and business owners.
• Strong documentation and stakeholder management skills.
• Capable of operationalising and improving processes: documenting steps/checklists, maintaining templates, running workflows consistently, spotting gaps.
