What you will do

• Design and implement end-to-end ML pipelines from data infrastructure setup to model optimization.
• Develop and orchestrate autonomous agentic systems and complex multi-agent workflows.
• Build LLMOps pipelines to enable model observability, reproducibility, and prompt versioning.
• Collaborate with clients to translate business use cases into production-ready ML solutions.
• Productionize large language models (LLMs) and other advanced AI architectures.
• Enhance ML infrastructure, including CI/CD, cloud configuration, data stores, and monitoring.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience building and deploying real-world machine learning solutions.
• Expertise and hands-on production experience with Databricks.
• Proficiency in Python and the core data science and machine learning ecosystem.
• Experience with cloud-based AI/ML services (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and CI/CD/CT practices.
• English: Upper-intermediate (B2) level or above.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with agentic tools such as LangGraph or CrewAI.
• Experience with evaluation and tracking tools like MLflow, Langfuse, LangSmith, or Weights & Biases.
• Knowledge of workflow orchestration tools like Kubeflow or Airflow.
