What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end design vision for the Transactions product area across extension and mobile platforms.
• Build and scale design systems, feedback loops, and operational frameworks to elevate craft quality.
• Mentor and develop designers, fostering a culture of collaboration and autonomous execution.
• Partner with product, engineering, research, and marketing to define strategy and align multi-quarter roadmaps.
• Translate complex Web3 workflows into simple, usable product experiences.
• Oversee both zero-to-one innovation and the optimization of existing user journeys.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in product design with a track record of leading teams and shipping large-scale products.
• Strong expertise in systems thinking, interaction design, and UX for technical or data-heavy environments.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional collaboration with product and engineering teams.
• Proficiency with Figma and modern design system practices.
• Strong communication and leadership skills to align stakeholders in ambiguous contexts.
• Must be based in the United States
