What you will do

• Create and implement customer support plans to minimize equipment downtime and maintenance costs.
• Perform system installation, preventive maintenance, calibration, retrofits, and troubleshooting.
• Take full ownership of service problems and escalate issues until they are resolved.
• Provide technical expertise and consultation regarding hardware development.
• Respond to customer inquiries and conduct system training.

Requirements

• Degree in electronics engineering or a related field.
• Ability to work on-site in Jubei City, Taiwan.
• Flexibility to undertake business trips based on project requirements.
• Ability to work under high pressure and handle frequent requirement changes.

Nice to have

• Experience working with customers in the semiconductor test area.
• Knowledge of ATE (Automatic Test Equipment) or experience with on-site support at OSAT.
• Fluency in English.
• Experience in handler/prober hardware docking integration.
