What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of 8–12 Production Engineers, managing performance reviews and career growth.
• Drive daily operational performance to ensure safety, quality, output, and on-time delivery.
• Support complex system assembly activities and provide technical guidance during floor troubleshooting and escalations.
• Lead continuous improvement projects focused on cycle time, yield, efficiency, and stability using 8D, RCA, and DMAIC.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, D&E, and Quality teams to align priorities and influence technical decisions.
• Manage team budgets and translate factory goals into actionable resource allocation and timelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Physics, or Industrial Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in high-tech manufacturing or factory operations.
• 3+ years of experience in people management or technical leadership.
• Hands-on experience in system/module assembly, integration, or troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in structured problem-solving methods such as 8D, RCA, and DMAIC.
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration across functions and global organizational levels.

Nice to have

• Experience in semiconductor equipment, automation machinery, robotics, optics, or mechatronics systems.
• Knowledge of engineering change processes (EC/ECN), yield improvement, or reliability engineering.
• Strong data analysis capability, including designing experiments (DOE).
• Experience collaborating with global teams in cross-cultural technical environments.
