What you will do

• Build and evolve product roadmaps to solve complex business problems and generate impactful solutions.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to create artifacts such as personas, epics, and user stories to maximize value.
• Facilitate analysis workshops using “innovation games” with senior stakeholders to outline business vision and release plans.
• Manage the product backlog and coordinate between C-suite executives, developers, and designers to ensure seamless delivery.
• Lead organizational transformations for medium- and large-scale businesses within agile teams.
• Mentor the Analyst community and evangelize Agile, Lean, and Continuous Development analysis best practices.

Requirements

• Proven track record of delivering impactful software within collaborative delivery teams.
• Deep expertise in Agile, Lean, and Continuous Delivery methodologies with a passion for mentoring others.
• Experience modeling business processes and facilitating requirement elicitation sessions using various tools.
• Ability to design and lead workshops for senior business stakeholders to define project roadmaps.
• Experience in leading teams, coaching others, and resolving stakeholder conflicts.
• Strong understanding of current tech trends and their application to real-world business challenges.
