• Share accurate operational reports with stakeholders to identify risks and performance issues.
• Coordinate projects by defining requirements, setting quality standards, and measuring performance.

Requirements

• Must be based in Cape Town, South Africa
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar mid-level role.
• Proven experience in process documentation and creating standard operating procedures.
• Experience managing stakeholders across various business areas.
• Experience working with technology platforms in an agile, scrum, or lean environment.
• Strong ability to gather requirements and derive actionable insights from data.
