Salary: $86,000 – $110,000

What you will do

• Lead community presence through local partnerships, engagement, and business development to drive membership.
• Oversee daily branch operations to ensure timely, accurate, and high-quality service for members.
• Drive sales and member experience goals through intentional coaching and clear expectations.
• Mentor and develop team members to help employees build skills and advance their careers.
• Manage the annual branch budget in partnership with the District Director.
• Ensure strict compliance with all internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related experience.
• Minimum three years of leadership experience.
• Minimum four years of experience in a sales, retail, or banking environment.
• Compliance with SAFE Act legislation, including annual registration as a Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO).
