What you will do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for borrowers, cultivating long-term client relationships.
• Review loan files to verify compliance with internal guidelines and procedures.
• Coordinate onboarding, underwriting, and closing workflows to ensure a seamless client experience.
• Manage multiple loan files and complex client relationships simultaneously.
• Verify the accuracy of funding packages before submission to treasury.
• Monitor borrower line of credit utilization to ensure maximum efficiency.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience in financial services and/or the real estate industry.
• Experience leading transaction teams and managing professional customer interactions.
• Proficiency in Salesforce CRM.
• Advanced knowledge of the loan closing process.
• Advanced skill in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or Economics (preferred).
