What you will do

• Design innovative customer packages and price loans based on risk and profitability.
• Develop business plans to increase market share and promote loan products.
• Build holistic relationships with customers and prospects to drive sales and retention.
• Collaborate with Analysts on credit packages and participate in the consensus decision-making process.
• Provide expert advice and counsel to customers regarding their financial position and future credit needs.
• Handle incoming inquiries and walk-in traffic for new credit applications.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Ag Business, Accounting, Finance, Agricultural Economics, Animal Science or a closely related field.
• Experience in lending, credit analysis, and/or sales within financial services or agricultural credit organizations.
• Must be based in or be able to work on-site in Carroll, IA, US.
