Salary: $162,000 — $186,000 USD

What you will do

• Build a marketplace of products that ensure safety and privacy for guests and hosts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners (data scientists, PMs, operations) to refine requirements for fraud detection and mitigation.
• Develop and operate large-scale machine learning models and pipelines for batch and real-time use cases.
• Enhance risk investigation tools to prevent physical safety or property damage incidents.
• Lead a team of engineers to build a secure communication platform across phone, VoIP, SMS, in-app chat, and video conferencing.

Requirements

• BS/MS/PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or equivalent industry experience.
• 2-5 years of software engineering experience in a fast-paced tech environment.
• Strong programming skills in Java, Scala, Python, or C++.
• Deep expertise in architectural patterns and designing scalable, fault-tolerant distributed systems in a service-oriented architecture.
• Must reside in a US state where hirify.global has a registered entity.
