Salary: $119,800 – $258,000 per year

What you will do

• Architect scalable, low-latency systems and data pipelines for ingesting and serving personalized signals.
• Design and maintain robust pipelines for telemetry, product usage, and experimentation data.
• Develop data models and APIs that enable Copilot to reason about user context, preferences, and history.
• Build real-time and batch personalization engines to adapt Copilot’s behavior.
• Collaborate with privacy, security, and responsible AI teams to ensure safe and transparent personalization.
• Optimize system performance, reliability, and cost across diverse workloads and geographies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related technical discipline.
• 4+ years of technical engineering experience with coding in languages such as Python, C#, C++, Golang, Rust, or Java.
• Experience building scalable services and securing infrastructure on cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Experience with large-scale data systems.
• Must be able to work from the office at least four days per week.
