Software Engineer (C++/Python)

Salary: $30.50 to 104.55 per hour (W2)

What you will do

• Develop and modernize software for certification and integration testing of Operational Flight Program software for the F-22 platform.
• Write and maintain software on Linux platforms using C++ and Python.
• Participate in requirements definition and design reviews within a small, multi-disciplinary team.
• Design, code, test, and integrate software components in a hardware-in-the-loop laboratory.
• Ensure all development meets local coding standards and project specifications.

Requirements

• Active DoD Secret Clearance and US Citizenship.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 7+ years of experience with C++ programming on Linux platforms (RHEL).
• 7+ years of experience with Python on Linux platforms (RHEL).
• 2+ years of experience with GIT, MAKE, and VSCode.
• Hands-on experience with Client/Server architecture and network administration.

Nice to have

• Experience with Joint Simulation Environment (JSE).
• Knowledge of ADA and PERL.
• Experience with .Net Framework, MS Windows, and Visual Studio.
