What you will do

• Meet strategic customers to understand audio/voice AI needs and pain points.
• Build and lead a team of forward-deployed engineers in the region.
• Identify use cases, architect integrations, and implement voice AI solutions.
• Guide customers on best practices and present results to technical and executive audiences.
• Collaborate with Research/Product teams to incorporate field insights.
• Own end-to-end execution of projects for strategic partners.

Requirements

• Executive Stakeholder Engagement: Proven experience influencing C-suite and VP-level stakeholders.
• People Leadership: Ability to hire, develop, and manage high-performing technical teams.
• Basic proficiency in Python and API integration for prototyping/demos.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving to summarize technical concepts.
• Technical aptitude for voice/audio AI models and applications.
• Strategic awareness to align technical strategy with business objectives.
