What you will do

• Develop desktop features using React, Node.js, and C++ integration, providing hands-on code and technical guidance
• Lead technical planning, architecture decisions, and improvements in the Riot Client ecosystem
• Collaborate with product, QA, design, and data teams to deliver scalable player experiences
• Mentor engineers on technical and interpersonal skills while fostering cross-team alignment
• Drive high-quality solutions balancing sustainability and delivery across game distribution, content, and social features

Requirements

• 7+ years software engineering experience with technical leadership on complex, large-scale projects (6+ months)
• Bachelor's or Master’s in Computer Science or equivalent
• Strong proficiency in web technologies (React, Node.js) with C++ integration experience
• Experience driving full lifecycle: requirements, planning, development, testing, release
• Excellent communication and cross-disciplinary collaboration skills
