Senior HRBP (HR/Engineering): Supporting the Engineering organization to improve team performance and organizational effectiveness with an accent on leadership coaching and organizational design. Focus on identifying talent gaps, managing change processes, and utilizing data-driven insights to scale the company.

What you will do

• Partner with engineering leaders to enhance team performance, productivity, and overall organizational effectiveness.
• Identify talent gaps and succession risks to ensure the organization is set up to scale.
• Lead organizational design and change management processes, including reorgs and leadership transitions.
• Coach and challenge managers to strengthen leadership capabilities.
• Utilize data and insights to spot trends and drive strategic HR decisions.
• Manage employee relations and ensure strict compliance with Israeli labor laws and company policies.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner, specifically supporting engineering organizations.
• Strong expertise in organizational design and managing change processes.
• Experience in coaching leaders and providing critical, constructive feedback.
• Deep knowledge of Israeli labor laws and compliance.
• Ability to use data-driven insights to inform people management decisions.
