What you will do

• Strategically own and evolve the HubSpot installation, managing over 750 workflows integral to revenue generation.
• Architect and scale the Marketing Ops function, serving as the primary decision-maker for processes across Marketing, Sales, Onboarding, and Technology.
• Ensure data integrity and governance across the CRM, eliminating duplication and performing rigorous audits to prevent lead leakage.
• Develop and maintain integrations using Zapier and build reporting solutions in Looker and Power BI.
• Partner with leadership to drive data-driven segmentation, improve marketing ROI, and translate tool insights into business decisions.
• Lead cross-functional programs to increase SQL volume, conversion rates, and customer retention.

Requirements

• 7-10 years of experience with HubSpot or similar enterprise-grade CRM.
• Proven track record of rolling out complex workflows, dependencies, and data integrations.
• Strong knowledge of sales processes, pipelines, and customer journey management.
• Proficiency with system integration platforms like Zapier, Google Suite, Twilio, Miro, and Notion.
• Experience working with reporting platforms such as Looker or Power BI.
