What you will do

• Lead end-to-end strategy and execution of B2B marketing events, including sponsored conferences, VIP dinners, and summits.
• Own marketing budget tracking, forecasting, reporting, and vendor contract management.
• Partner with Sales to track event ROI and ensure marketing activity translates into measurable revenue outcomes.
• Act as the central point of coordination for large-scale marketing initiatives, maintaining timelines and stakeholder alignment.
• Support the development of social media content, thought leadership reports, and event-related collateral.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience for Manager level or 5+ years for Senior Manager/Head of Marketing Ops level.
• Proven experience managing B2B events end-to-end, preferably within fintech or enterprise sectors.
• Strong operational rigor in budgeting, invoicing, and vendor management.
• Experience in fintech, financial services, or crypto/digital assets is strongly preferred.
• Must be based in Chicago, IL or New York, NY.
