What you will do

• Lead multiple concurrent IT projects ranging from moderate to high complexity, overseeing scope, budget, and resources.
• Manage the full SDLC phases from initiation and planning through deployment and stabilization.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives involving ERP (Workday), CRM, and property management systems (Yardi).
• Apply and tailor Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid delivery methodologies based on project needs.
• Partner with business leaders to translate strategic needs into actionable delivery plans and process maps.
• Provide executive sponsors and steering committees with actionable status reports and recommendations.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA (indicated by US-specific benefits and hybrid requirement).
• 8–10+ years of progressive IT project management experience leading enterprise initiatives.
• Demonstrated experience managing complex data conversion/migration and UAT through sign-off.
• Strong working knowledge of SDLC and hands-on experience with Waterfall and Agile.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or Monday.com.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Direct experience in Commercial Real Estate (CRE) services and operations.
• PMP, Certified Scrum Master, or other recognized PM certifications.
• Experience with financial systems or an accounting degree.
