What you will do

• Perform preventative and reactive maintenance on operating theatre equipment including lights, pendants, and surgical tables.
• Troubleshoot and repair complex electrical and electronic systems within hospital environments.
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with healthcare customers.
• Manage service requests and maintain accurate technical documentation in internal systems.
• Travel across the Adelaide territory and occasionally interstate to support customer needs.
• Ensure all service activities comply with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

Requirements

• Background in electronics, electrical engineering, or a similar technical field.
• Experience in field service, ideally within healthcare, medical devices, or laboratory environments.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills for electrical systems.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage priorities under pressure.
• Possess or be able to obtain relevant electrical licences (e.g., disconnect/reconnect, 240V).
• Must be able to undergo relevant references, police, and medical checks.
