Location: Hybrid in Amsterdam, The Netherlands (minimum 2 days/week in office)

What you will do

• Translate brand strategy and marketing objectives into distinctive visual concepts and campaign ideas.
• Design high-impact creative assets for digital advertising, social media, CRM, and landing pages.
• Integrate generative AI tools to accelerate production of imagery, motion, and video assets.
• Develop and scale visual frameworks and Key Visuals across multiple formats and markets.
• Evolve and maintain the company's visual identity and design guidelines.
• Collaborate with Performance Marketing, CRM, PR, and Product teams to deliver integrated creative work.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience as a designer in a digital, tech, or creative environment.
• Proven track record in developing Key Visuals and digital-first campaign identities.
• Expertise in using generative AI tools within a professional creative workflow.
• Strong skills in composition, lighting, color, and visual storytelling.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Amsterdam office (Hybrid).
