What you will do

• Design and implement a scalable end-to-end creative workflow to maximize asset throughput and minimize bottlenecks.
• Build and manage an "AI-first" creative stack using generative AI for rapid storyboarding and localized copy variations.
• Set the brand's North Star for visual and verbal identity to resonate with technical B2B buyers and C-suite stakeholders.
• Lead the conceptual development of integrated campaigns, ensuring consistency from brand awareness to low-funnel ads.
• Manage and mentor a multidisciplinary team of copywriters, designers, and videographers.
• Collaborate with Paid Media teams to analyze performance data and optimize creative iterations.

Requirements

• 10+ years of creative experience, with at least 5 years in B2B technology or SaaS environments.
• Proven track record of building Design Ops or Creative Ops functions.
• Mastery of Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma.
• Proficiency with Asana for project management.
• Experience integrating Generative AI tools (Midjourney, Jasper, ChatGPT) into creative workflows.
• Must be authorized to work in the US (indicated by US-specific benefits and nationwide salary range).
