Location: Hamburg, Germany. Hybrid approach with teams in the office around four days a week.

What you will do

• Develop and execute comprehensive brand systems and implementation strategies for global clients.
• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of designers and project managers in a collaborative environment.
• Provide day-to-day creative leadership and management for project and account-specific teams.
• Translate visual identity into real-world applications and clear, reusable structures.
• Oversee creative management and system development while reporting on project statuses.

Requirements

• Solid design experience in creative environments with a strong focus on brand systems and implementation.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Frontify.
• Fluent English AND German language skills.
• Ability to work from the Hamburg office (Hybrid: 4 days/week).
• Demonstrable success in leading, motivating, and communicating with teams.
• Strong understanding of how design affects business success and bold thinking translation.
