Salary: $267,000 - $361,000 per year

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end strategy, roadmap, and execution of a new business initiative to drive member engagement and client outcomes.
• Establish goals and KPIs, creating a strong execution cadence for tracking and delivery across work streams.
• Shape the member experience from initial interaction through guidance and routing for effectiveness and safety.
• Collaborate with AI/ML and engineering teams to improve decision quality, routing accuracy, and response consistency.
• Track and improve key metrics such as adoption and resolution quality to ensure meaningful client ROI.
• Lead and align cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, Clinical, Growth, Operations, and Commercial.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience across product, strategy, operations, or general management in high-growth environments.
• Proven track record of owning a product or business area with measurable impact on growth or cost outcomes.
• Strong 0→1 experience building new initiatives and scaling them into business drivers.
• Hands-on experience working with AI-driven products and systems.
• Must have legal right to work in the United States.
• Ability to drive outcomes through cross-functional teams without relying on direct authority.
