What you will do

• Define and own the end-to-end product strategy and roadmap for the AI solutions portfolio, ensuring scalability and alignment with company objectives.
• Lead and mentor a team of product managers through the full product lifecycle, from concept to launch and optimization.
• Collaborate with engineering and architecture teams to design AI capabilities that go beyond simple embedded agents.
• Drive go-to-market strategy, partnering with marketing and sales to define positioning, messaging, packaging, and pricing.
• Engage directly with customers and field teams to gather requirements, validate value propositions, and prioritize features.
• Analyze product performance and usage data to refine strategy and inform roadmap decisions.

Requirements

• Prior Director-level (or higher) product management leadership experience managing a portfolio at scale.
• Proven experience in the definition and delivery of AI solutions beyond simple SaaS AI agents.
• Strong track record of owning the full product lifecycle, including release planning and post-launch iteration.
• Experience driving successful go-to-market activities for complex technology products.
• Must be based in the US.

Nice to have

• Experience in observability, telemetry, monitoring, security, or networking domains.
• Knowledge of metadata-centric architectures and data modeling.
• Experience working with virtualization technologies and virtualized infrastructure environments.
