What you will do

• Act as a key liaison between stakeholders, Product Owners, and engineering teams to ensure shared understanding of business needs.
• Lead requirements gathering sessions and translate high-level concepts into detailed, testable requirements.
• Define and maintain functional acceptance criteria aligned with business goals and QA standards.
• Collaborate closely with QA engineers to ensure requirements are validated and testable.
• Drive quality assurance focus across the delivery lifecycle to ensure high standards of deliverables.
• Proactively identify and resolve gaps, risks, and inconsistencies in requirements early in the process.

Requirements

• Strong experience with NetSuite and a deep understanding of ERP processes and configurations.
• Proven expertise in Quality Assurance practices within complex delivery environments.
• Ability to translate business requirements into clear functional specifications and acceptance criteria.
• Experience communicating with and managing expectations of executive leadership and Product Owners.
• Ability to facilitate alignment between distributed teams across different regions and time zones.
• Must be based in Mexico, Colombia, or Chile.
