What you will do

• Oversee quality delivery for at least two concurrent projects using Scrum or Kanban workflows.
• Perform rigorous Front-end, API, and Cross-browser testing to ensure pixel-perfect responsive design and seamless UX.
• Validate complex content components and workflows within enterprise CMS platforms such as Sitecore and AEM.
• Conduct deep-dive testing for accessibility compliance (WCAG/ADA) and monitor web performance/SEO metrics using Lighthouse.
• Maintain and scale E2E and visual automation frameworks using Cypress and Playwright.
• Define Shift-Left test strategies, track QA metrics, and mentor junior QA engineers.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance within Agile environments.
• Must be based in Colombia.
• Strong experience in Front-end testing, APIs, localization, and cross-browser testing.
• Proficiency with CMS platforms (Sitecore, AEM, etc.) and accessibility standards (WCAG/ADA).
• Experience creating and maintaining automated tests (E2E, Visual) using JavaScript with frameworks like Cypress or Playwright.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Professional license required for candidates holding an Engineering degree.

Nice to have

• ISTQB certification.
• General understanding of AI concepts and prompt engineering.
