What you will do

• Lead quality engineering practices across delivery lanes to ensure reliable releases and reduce rework.
• Design and maintain scalable E2E automated test solutions using modern frameworks like Playwright.
• Collaborate with engineering and product partners to define quality strategies, coverage expectations, and quality gates.
• Validate features at the story level before integration to enable early defect detection.
• Integrate quality practices into CI/CD pipelines, including GitHub Actions and test data management.
• Mentor and guide engineers on quality best practices, promoting a culture of ownership and engineering excellence.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Quality Engineering or QA Test Engineering within agile development environments.
• Hands-on experience building and maintaining E2E automated testing frameworks, preferably Playwright.
• Experience testing APIs and microservices, including REST services and contract validation.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, Java, or Python.
• Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and applying shift-left testing practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
