What you will do

• Lead the full QA lifecycle, including test plan creation, scenario design, and defect management for Salesforce projects.
• Design and build automation frameworks from scratch using Playwright, Provar, or Selenium.
• Test AI-driven applications, including Agentforce and Generative/Agentic AI use cases.
• Validate Salesforce Service Cloud Voice (SCV), AWS Connect, and IVR telephony systems.
• Integrate automation suites into CI/CD pipelines and manage regression coverage.
• Coordinate SIT and UAT processes, providing guidance to customers and stakeholders.

Requirements

• 2–6 years of experience as a QA Automation Engineer/Consultant.
• Proven experience in Salesforce Web and API automation projects.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Playwright, Provar, and/or Selenium.
• Must be based in Colombia.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Experience integrating automation suites with CI/CD pipelines.

Nice to have

• Salesforce Agentforce Specialist Certification or Agentforce Legend rank.
• Salesforce Administrator certification.
• Experience with JMeter, K6, or REST Assured.
