What you will do

• Execute functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing across Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and custom features.
• Create and maintain test plans, test cases, scripts, and documentation aligned to requirements.
• Perform API testing using Postman to validate third-party integrations.
• Identify, document, track defects, and collaborate with developers and admins for resolutions.
• Review user stories and requirements for test coverage and support UAT with stakeholders.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to QA process improvements.

Requirements

• 3+ years as Salesforce QA Analyst/Engineer
• Strong hands-on manual testing experience across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, or custom Salesforce implementations
• Experience writing and executing test plans, test cases, and UAT scripts
• API testing with Postman
• Understanding of QA methodologies, functional/integration testing, defect management
• Agile/Scrum environment experience; tools like Jira, Confluence
• C1 English level

Nice to have

• Exposure to automation frameworks (Playwright, CRT, Selenium)
• CI/CD pipelines and continuous delivery
• Marketing Cloud, email journeys, payment gateways
• ISTQB CTFL certification
• Knowledge of AI concepts in QA/testing
