What you will do

• Define and champion the DevOps vision, roadmap, and operating model for an organization of approximately 80 engineers.
• Lead AWS-first cloud strategy while managing Azure and Google Cloud usage, focusing on consolidation, governance, and FinOps accountability.
• Strengthen SRE practices, incident response, and observability using platforms such as Datadog to reduce MTTR.
• Advance infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD, and deployment automation to improve developer enablement and productivity.
• Evaluate and adopt AI-enabled tools for infrastructure reviews, incident triage, and operational workflows.
• Manage strategic vendor relationships and lead hiring, mentoring, and performance management for the DevOps team.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading and scaling DevOps, platform, or SRE teams in a SaaS environment.
• Deep AWS infrastructure expertise, including architecture, security, networking, and cost management.
• Strong track record in FinOps, observability, and production operations (e.g., Datadog).
• Hands-on experience with infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD, and secret management.
• Working knowledge of AI-enabled engineering or DevOps workflows.
• Strong people leadership skills, including the ability to mentor senior ICs and develop technical leaders.
